There is a meaningful difference between a furnished room and a furnished home. HeyStay rents furnished homes — private residential houses with multiple bedrooms, full kitchens, yards, driveways, in-unit laundry, and all the space that comes with a real house. Not a hotel suite. This distinction matters most for stays of 30 days or longer. You can tolerate a hotel room for a week. After a month in a single room with a kitchenette, the limitations start to wear on you. A furnished home gives you the space and normalcy to actually live your life while your permanent situation sorts itself out.
Every property is fully stocked and ready to move into:
Bedrooms: every bed fully made with frame, mattress, pillows, and clean linens. Dressers and closet space in every bedroom. Blackout curtains or blinds for privacy.
Kitchen: full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All pots, pans, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. Full set of dishes, glasses, and silverware. Basic pantry supplies — oil, salt, pepper, coffee maker and filters.
Living area: full sofa set, TV, coffee table, and side tables. Dining table and chairs. Work desk in most properties.
Laundry: in-unit washer and dryer in every home. Detergent provided.
Utilities: electric, gas, water, and high-speed WiFi all included. Everything is on before you arrive — no setup calls, no utility deposits.
Outdoor: private yard in most properties. Driveway parking.
We have 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes across the metro. Two-bedroom homes work well for individuals who want a dedicated workspace, couples, or two colleagues sharing. Three-bedroom homes are our most popular — enough space for a family or a small crew. Four-bedroom homes work for larger families, groups, or crews who want maximum space.
The most common feedback we hear from guests who switch from hotels to a HeyStay home: they wish they’d done it sooner.
