The space
This spacious 2020-built multi-level home offers a flexible layout ideal for groups and families. The open living and dining areas provide plenty of space to gather, while the kitchen includes counter seating, a dining table, wine fridge, coffee station, and a large refrigerator for extended stays.

The upstairs king master suite features a spa-style bathroom with soaking tub, tiled shower, and double sinks. The downstairs king master suite includes a private entrance through the garage, private deck access, a desk workspace, an additional sink area, Keurig coffee station, and its own bathroom. Both king suites have attached private bathrooms, and the home offers 3.5 bathrooms total.

Sleeping arrangements include 8 beds across 5 bedrooms:

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

During your stay, you may see maintenance on the property mowing the lawn or clearing leaves and/or gutters or other exterior maintenance, depending on the time of the year.

We have a thermostat that can be controlled remotely, please do not set cooling below 68 degrees or the unit can freeze up for up to 24 hours.

Please note we use fragrance plug-ins, please let us know if you would like them removed before your stay.

Please note the balcony doors in the main floor bedroom (with three beds) do not open. This upper balcony on the main floor is decorative only and not accessible. The downstairs master suite doors do open and provide access to the deck.

Please note this is a multi-level home with several sets of stairs required to move between areas of the house. Children should be supervised when using the stairs.
