- -Absolutely no parties (we will find out immediately, minimum $2,000 charges for violating this), no events, no unregistered guests, and no exceeding the guest number maximum -No street parking (we have driveway and garage parking) -Quiet hours after 10:00pm, noise which may disturb neighbors is prohibited at anytime, please be respectful of our neighbors -Only registered guests are allowed on the property -No luggage on beds, sofas or other furniture -Please do not remove makeup with towels -Please take all trash out to the large gray trash cans outside of the home. Trash bags are provided under the sink -Please do all dishes before leaving -Please do not place any laundry on floors or furniture, place all used towels in the bathtubs before leaving. Leave all used beds unmade before leaving as well -Additional fees will be charged to guests who do not take care of the space, cause damage, remove makeup with towels or require additional cleaning -Stays of more than 9 days agree to schedule a time for our housekeeper to clean once per 7 days -Check in time anytime after 4pm -Check out time is 11am -$100 pet fee, must inform at time of booking, max two dogs UNDER 60 LBS, additional fees will be charged if any damage or extra cleanup required, no animals on furniture or beds! Please clean up after your pets outdoors, pick up pet waste and dispose of it in the grey trash bins at the side of the house -Absolutely no smoking inside, no smoking at front of the house (there is a standing ashtray on the back patio). If evidence of smoking inside, charges up to $700, please leave sliding glass doors closed at all times when smoking to keep smell out of house Please note that there is a $300 admin fee and $250 application fee.
